Episode 57: Relapse is Knocking

Knock! Knock!  What happens when relapse comes knocking?  People often identify tragic events as what could lead them back to using.  Death of a loved one, a serious accident, or some catastrophic event is what people often talk about as what can lead to using again after achieving abstinence and sobriety.  But, we all know relapse does not occur from only those circumstances.  Listen about the concept of “relapse is knocking” to help strengthen prevention from returning to alcohol and drug use and other behaviors and build on your recovery.
